May God so soak us with the Word of God that His Spirit leads us into a life that is truly worthy of the Gospel we so easily confess. Our lives for the Gospel. Oh Lord, grant it. Extravagant, selfless LOVE. Let us not be fooled- let me not be fooled and deceived by the wealth, luxury, and cares of this world that surround us. Grant us eyes that see past and hearts that long much deeper to the riches that are found solely in you. I don’t want to be soaking in more for myself when you come back. I want to be loving, like you. I want to be serving, like you. I want to be spent for the gospel. Spent for the oppressed. Spent for you.
